M&S loyalty card... have they stopped doing rewards?

I used to always have several offers on my app at all times, things like 20% off socks, free pack of biscuits etc. I've not had a single offer for months now. Have they stopped doing them or is it just me?!

I only have one at the moment for glasses (don't wear any).

There was a money off clothes maybe two months ago.

But I only signed up this summer so I don't know what is usual.

I had them all the time up until a couple of days ago. Generally alternated between money off clothes and food. Now I have nothing.

The rewards are pretty poor, to be honest, and always come up after you have already bought a particular item.

I'm not entirely sure of the point of them, really 😕

I’m still getting them, but I am in there a lot, so not sure if that makes a difference. I’ve just added 5 more offers to the app. I not long ago had some free sweets as one of the offers 😋

I forgot to add, I noticed recently I didn’t have any. Then it kicked off again, and the offers keep coming.

I’ve found it has become sporadic - there used to always be a few (though I rarely used them as it’s usually a small discount on a very specific product). Now I find sometimes there’s nothing, then I’ll get a handful of offers again, then nothing.

I've got £17 off if you spend more than £170!! I don't think I've ever spent £170 on m&s food, perhaps ever in total 😂

I've noticed offers dropping off and I'm in a lot!
I did have a £5 voucher if you spend £30 on food, which was great as you could purchase cumulatively each week until you reached the £30 threshold.
Not had 20% off clothing or any little freebies for ages.

I get the random food ones and then every couple of month clothes offers.

I didn't have a free item since their Advent thing last December and then I only got a pack of Percy Pigs.

I do load the vouchers to the app but I don't shop specifically with them in mind.

Aside from £27 when I spend £270 ive had nothing for weeks , and I’m not likely to hit the £270 as it’s only given me a few weeks to get it and I only spend about £50 a week .

I’ve had 50p off ground coffee recently and 20% off jeans. It’s not bad. Other loyalty cards are better.

I’ve currently got 11 different Food Hall M&S brand offers - 40p off honey, 50p off a £3 spend on soup, etc.

Until recently I shopped in the Food Hall 2-3 times a week, but principally bought yellow stickered items when I went in there after work. A Tesco Express has opened close by, so perhaps that’s taken a significant part of their food trade.

A month or so ago ago I had 20% off specific types of clothing, eg women’s trousers.

@Eaumyword , I didn’t realise that £5 off a £30 spend was a cumulative thing. Thank you for pointing that out.

I don't understand the sparks card. I always scan it but it never seems to do anything! I only really buy the occasional bra/ pair of jeans there though.

I’m exactly the same , no offers at all for probably 4 months . I thought it was just me I used to get food offers one week , clothing on the next . Think I have had one free Percy pig bag offer and that is it . I actually thought I had de registered and emailed customer service and was told that it was normal . I shop regularly online and in a food only shop . It’s not worth scanning the card now only to use self checkout in the food shop .

Other than that just a glasses offer.

We get fortnightly food offers. They're not that generous though there's the odd freebie.

Nothing for SIX MONTHS!!!! Nothing!!!! And I'm in there a few times a month. Very disappointed.
