I was asked today and I think it might be my work! I'm not sure I like that.

Freedom to move around- travel, visit new places, go for a walk etc. Being imprisoned would be my worst nightmare.

My sobriety

And that actually would be the answer even if could say the other things. As unless I'm sober I don't have anything else.

Honesty.

Exercise.

(I am going through a hard time at the moment. Very little support. Exercise is essential to me & helps me keep going).

Mine would be my mental health. My dogs, my home, they were my wellbeing. My home is my safe place and it's not the same without my dogs but it is all I have and I am grateful that it is mine. I nearly lost it at one point, I don't know how my mental health (or my finances) would have managed if I had.

Your question made me stop and think, OP, because I have a house full of possessions and absolutely none of them spring to mind as something I treasure. Makes me wonder why I seem to hang on to so much crap!
