If you can't say children/loved ones/friends?

What other than people matters to you?

I was asked today and I think it might be my work! I'm not sure I like that.

My home
After a busy day of people, work I love to come home to a warm comfortable home and relax.
I also started a hobby which usually to tired to do but I ca watch tutorials or watch ideas on this to unwind.
(My household weekly chores are laundry, dishes and nothing else matters).

@Pebblepaint I hear you. I'm still 8 months and 3 plumbers into waiting for an outside tap

cushioncovers · 24/08/2023 19:42

My health. Currently sat here with a bad back and it's a reminder of how having good health is everything.

Bumble84 · 24/08/2023 20:22

My memories. Maybe that’s a cop out as many of them still involve people but memories of places I’ve been, people I’ve met, how I felt in that moment etc.

whybotheratall · 24/08/2023 20:26

Family, faith, good food, health, ability to see interesting things pretty often, travel even for short distance to places never been - a new village down the road, then the next

40andlovelife · 24/08/2023 20:33

My health and also the protection of women and girls against gender ideology

Can I say my cat? She's a complete arsehole at times, but I love her to bits.

Taytocrisps · 24/08/2023 21:54

Good food

mbosnz · 24/08/2023 21:58

My cat. She's only a cat sized arsehole.

My mental health.
Then my physical health.

NameChangeEmbarressed · 24/08/2023 22:04

My health (having had 2 cancer scares in 3 years, luckily both benign).

My home. After coming from a broken home and having to move every 18 months to 2 years, having been in my first home with my husband for 6 years and our current one for 9 years, the security brings me and safety it makes me feel is worth so much more than I can describe.

Can I also say the happiness of my children?

If my house caught fire the first thing I would grab after I had made sure my husband was safe would be my photo album of my dead dog, her ashes and my phone as it has all the videos of her on there, losing her devastated me and if I lost my memories of her I don’t think I would ever get over it. The only other thing I truly cherish is the health of my husband and myself.

WhyEffingBother · 24/08/2023 22:11

Oh sorry... my health and my home

Sodie · 24/08/2023 22:12

My dog, my cats and my knitting. My life is very difficult since my daughter got sick and my every moment even at night is with her. So my knitting is the only thing I have at the moment.
