Do you like the smell of the butchers

I’ve always loved it. Not even just the cooked side. I also love the smell of the raw side.

Don’t know why. I don’t stick my nose into a pile of meat at home yet I can’t help but give a good sniff as I walk by the local butchers

My dog is petrified of the butchers in our village. We have to cross the road to walk past as he’ll start whimpering and cowering if we get too close.

Hah. My two try to drag me into ours. I have to physically pull them away

I used to work in a small specialist butchers and there was very little blood anywhere. None of the drains a PP spoke if. Everything was displayed in steel trays which were kept spotless. When I started the job I worried I would hate the smell but there wasn’t really one that I ever noticed.
