To the Vinted apologists so quick to tell me I’m at fault, what did I do wrong here?

Honestly I am so shocked. What did I do wrong here?!

I buy an item. (Three items make up the bundle). Full price I’ve since discovered WITH buyer protection I’ve since discovered. Seller sends me only part of the listed bundle. Refuses to send me the rest, even when I said I would accept a similar but not exact alternative. Told me to return the items, didn’t care if they got a bad review because of it. I return and yet I’ve now found out my refund will be the amount minus the return postage.

So seeing that it’s always my fault. What did I do wrong?

Still nothing from Customer Services. It’s been over 24 hours now. No way of ringing them either. It’s so frustrating.

Finally I’ve had a flurry of activity from customer service. The transaction is now suspended while they look into it. So I feel more hopeful for a positive resolution.
