What have you eaten today?

I don’t know why but I’m always interested in what other people eat every day.
Haven’t seen one of these threads for a while.
I have eaten rubbish today for some reason, just wasn’t feeling hungry.
So far I have had 3 packets of crisps, one liquorice all sort, a homemade smoothie, avocado and tomato on one slice of toast and will have a fry up later, really not the best day.
What have you eaten today? Hopefully better than me!

Flat white
Scrambled eggs x 3 on toast, samphire, salad, bit of left over salami
Another flat white
Tomato mascarpone risotto
Something using up the rest of the mascarpone for pudding (probably with honey and nuts)

I’d usually graze more tbh but we are off away tomorrow and there’s not much in the fridge

Shredded wheat with strawberries and blueberries.

Thai pea and mint soup with a toasted bagel.

Piri piri seasoned chicken bresst with rice and brocoli.

Magnum ice cream and latte.

Feel slightly peckish now so I might have an apple or some yoghurt.

I've had an omelette and 2 pieces of toast followed by a tea for breakfast. Lunch was half a pice of fish, a quarter of a cheese and onion pie and half a bag of chips. Travelled back home to Scotland and now about to have a very late dinner of spinach chicken curry with a naan bread. Fruit wise I've had 2 plums.

Sponge pudding and custard

Drinks fizzy elderflower, tea, milky coffee

Breakfast, ham boiled egg and buttered toast, lunch chicken chickpea curry buttered naan and cauliflower, dinner sweetcorn, wedges, slaw and crispy buttermilk chicken. Bit meat heavy but all delicious.

I’ve been stuffing my face lately but finally seem to have got a handle on it the last couple of days.

2x coffee with oat and hemp milk
protein shake made with unsweetened soya milk and strawberries and cream flavour protein powder
one of those big tubs of tomato and basil soup
marmite teriyaki tofu with tender stem broccoli, edamame beans and whole grain rice

Banana.

2 slices of sourdough toast, 1 with peanut butter, 1 with butter and marmite.

Stir fry made with noodles, steak, pak choi, red chilli, a pack of oriental stir fry veg mix and teriyaki sauce (both Sainsburys), 2 triangles of prawn toast and a bit of sweet chilli dipping sauce.

2 mugs of strong tea with a dash of milk. No coffee today. No other drinks infact apart from water.

B-Toast with jam
L- Bacon sandwich
Snacks- apple, raw carrot, choc digestive biscuits, salted almonds, some pickles
D- Tomato pasta, meatballs and nicked some of DS's chips

Planning on some Milk Tray this evening...

I bowl of fruit and fibre plus slice of Lidl sourdough bread toasted & marmalade and 2 mugs of tea
1 cappuccino in cafe plus 1 small chocolate biscuit
1 bowl of homemade veg soup which included lentils, potatoes and small pasta shapes so the children would eat it with 2 small slices of French bread. 2 English plums, a handful of cherries and a small piece of iced bun. Mug of tea
Glass of wine whilst making a monkfish and spinach curry with rice - used a jar of curry sauce as couldn’t be bothered making my own sauce. Glass of water with the curry followed by stewed greengages and plain yoghurt and a tiny piece of light as air fresh cream sponge from the local bakers. 2 munchie sweets and a mug of coffee. Won’t have anything else now.

Very low on protein but currently pregnant and struggling with most foods unless they are carby!

L baked salmon with almonds , fried rice with ginger, kale, cherry yogurt with protein powder, kiwi, dark chocolate

Snack - finntoast with avocado, sumac and chicken

Three shredded wheat with skimmed milk. One piece of wholemeal toast and a cup of tea for breakfast.
A piece of cold cooked salmon (left over from last night) with sun dried tomatoes and cucumber (and another cup of tea) for lunch.
Tea will be smoked mackerel with roasted peppers, followed by fruit (berries).
No snacks.
