I don’t know why but I’m always interested in what other people eat every day.
Haven’t seen one of these threads for a while.
I have eaten rubbish today for some reason, just wasn’t feeling hungry.
So far I have had 3 packets of crisps, one liquorice all sort, a homemade smoothie, avocado and tomato on one slice of toast and will have a fry up later, really not the best day.
What have you eaten today? Hopefully better than me!

Wheatabix and a bit of dried fruit for breakfast.

A nice coffee while out.

Cheese, cucumber and mustard sandwich, 2 bags of crisps(!) and some strawberries for lunch.

A banana and a biscuit.

About to have some home-made lasagne with some spinach.

Clearly 2 packets of crisps is not good but I'd say today isn't too bad by my standards.

buonnatale · 10/08/2023 18:47

I worry about these kind of threads as this type of comparison fuelled my child’s anorexia.

Hear hear. It’s competitive under eating at its worse 😡

merryhouse · 10/08/2023 19:00

glass of PLJ, cup of tea, cup of coffee
poached egg on Marmite toast (forgot to soak my oats)

handful of nuts (didn't weigh them but probably nearer 2 portions than one)
three bourbon biscuits
glass of PLJ, cup of coffee
home-made fish pie (mashed potato topping, with leeks and mushrooms and parsley sauce) portion carrots, portion home-grown runner beans; glass orange juice
cup of tea

Just had spicy breaded chicken with tomato sauces spaghetti, was so nice and something I had been thinking about for ages. East, quick and filing

AMessageToYouRuby · 10/08/2023 19:09

Smoked salmon and Boursin on a thick slice of tiger loaf
2 x Bowls of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes - didn't measure but definitely larger than the 30g portion size each time
2 x Penguin Bar and a large latte
Some tomato & basil lentil chips
Borders Milk Choc Ginger bar
1 (Entire) Mango
More lentil chips and another large latte
Making tuna pasta for tea

Probably less calories than I usually have but nutritionally shit in comparison. I've got my period, would gnaw the table leg if you dipped it in chocolate.

HowNice23 · 10/08/2023 19:09
