I moved over to listen to Ken but sadly, I've sort of moved back to R2 or I just don't put the radio on now. The ads and those bloody voice overs by Dawn French every few minutes. I've realised I just detest her voice.

Lorraine Kelly - I used to think she was lovely. Now she grates on me and I see she is very fake

Yes. And this has reminded me how much I can't stand Radcliffe and Maconie (together - they are just bearable when apart). Insufferable old twats droning on about crisps, both professional northerners too. Intolerant of popular music culture because they are so very indie.
Turned them off for good when one of them sneered about Harry Styles that "perhaps he should try reading a book". This was the morning after he had won an award or two the night before and they just couldn't bear it.

Chris Ramsey is fab! He's very funny on his podcast and own tv chat show.

Perhaps it's the seriousness of CIN in contract to his usual persona.

Nick Ferrari is my favourite presenter and I did notice when there was a serious news story they got Nick to cover the early morning timeslot - as he is a proper presenter .

Switching to a positive opinion

I absolutely love Jason Manford and Steve Edge on Sunday mornings on Absolute Radio.

I started listening to the podcast initially as a one off when Jason interviewed someone I wanted to listen to. Then got hooked working my way through all his interviews with a huge range of comedians/performers.

Then during covid Steve Edge joined him permanently and loved the dynamic and now I listen every Sunday

I like Alison. She's down to Earth and funny. But I can see how she would grate on some people.

I liked Holly in her earlier years on TV, I loved celebrity juice. But in recent years something has changed and it doesn't seem to be gelling with the audience as before. She seems to have lost her fun side, and the crazy expensive lifestyle brand is so out of reach for most of the general public which won't go down well.

Anita Anand. So rude and patronising to callers on BBC Radio 4s " Any answers ". So abrupt. She makes my blood boil. Her style of interviewing is appalling.

The shouty, hysterical fools who present Formula 1. I don't watch it, but can hear them when DH is watching in the other room. Billy Monger is good, but the others - I want to grab them by the shoulders, slap them and tell them to calm down. And their sycophantic interviews with the drivers - ugh, find some dignity, you crawly bastards!
