I'm trying to decide if mine are too late, it seems to be creeping later and later.

I fight them to bed about 9 (also 9 and 11). They are usually arguing bitterly against it, but looking tiredish.11 year old wakes at 5.30 every day without fail and has the grace of an elephant, so everyone is woken/sleeping very lightly once he's up (and the bugger is even trying to be quiet! The noise he makes just existing is incredible!), so I figure they shouldn't be up too late, whatever they think.

OP, I think so long as your youngest is waking naturally and happily at a reasonable time, you're probably completely fine. Some people just don't need much sleep, children included.

Dd10 currently goes to bed at 8.30, it’s going up to 9.15 when she’s 11. At the moment During school holidays it’s 9 weekdays and 10 weekends… that will change when she’s 11
ds 15 goes to bed between 10, every night, hes autistic and that’s the routine he set for himself.

3 year old : 7.15pm
11 year old - 9.30pm
14 year old - 10.30pm

I have tried earlier for the older two but they can't get to sleep and that's when anxiety creeps in and they start worrying about things etc so I'm a bit more relaxed about it knowing they're going straight to sleep if that's makes sense.
