Can I share my child's amazing new skill with you all?

I will start by saying that my three year old doesn't meet any developmental milestones, he can't sit unaided, can't walk, talk or even roll over but today, when I put him on the his mat on the floor for a bit of wiggle time he managed to work his way off and move himself about 2m across the floor! I have no idea how he did it as I had left the room to make a cup of tea and came back to find him not where I had left him. I have no-one at home to share this wonderous achievement with but would love to share it with someone.

I am now sat by his side and he appears to be able to do it by just rocking from his back to his left side and back to his back rapidly. He looks absolutely delighted with himself and thinks he is very clever (which he absolutely is).

Aww this has made me smile - well done LittleSeahorses Smile

I'm visually impaired and still get a burst of pride when I do a new journey or something else I've previously not been able to do - small progress is still progress, as another poster said Smile
