What is your favourite episode of Bluey?

Inspired by a conversation I had with six adults while out for dinner last week!

Cricket.

The one where the children are in the playground and they keep failing and trying until they succeed...is it called bike? Sums up so beautifully how small children learn and highlights for me one of the best parts of parenthood - watching your child gain mastery of a new skill.

Oooh, I'm glad you asked. My 6 year old and I have watched all the new episodes that dropped on Disney+ yesterday at least twice and currently my favourite is 'Tradies.' I find it funny and quite true to life really that mum is busy working and not paying much attention to the girls spying on the workmen but as soon as they have actual gossip she's interested! And the bits where Bluey gets over thinking the workman is her 'enemy' to pass him his missing tape measure and get him a pie are very sweet!

I also love the episode where Jack is introduced as I love how he is accepted into the new school and appreciated for being himself. And the one where the 4 cousins are at Nanna's house playing Charades. Ooh and the one where Bingo's in hospital and Bluey makes her a video.

My daughter's favourites are 'Granny Mobile' and 'Pass the Parcel.'

Not ridiculous at all! I'm genuinely delighted nu child is getting to grow up with such an amazing show. The fact we can both sit and watch it and enjoy it is also very special.

Unicourse, it makes me laugh every time.
My 17 year old has a Unicourse t-shirt and is the envy of all her friends!

I sobbed over Camping a couple of days ago. It's hard to explain why you're upset over a children's cartoon when that little voice says 'why are you crying Mummy?'

Faceytalk. The way my son cracks up at it makes me smile. Muffin is so naughty!!! 🤣

Baby Race makes me cry, took me right back to those insecure new mum days where you feel like you’re doing it all wrong.

Cant remember the name of it but the one where it goes back to when Bandit was younger and he gave his brother a hard time… there’s a few one liners in that one that had me creased

And the one where they don't speak at all, but bluey is trying to stop the rain coming down the path with various things.

Oh and the one where they're playing shop, and they keep trying to start but then having to stop to figure out various details of the role play. It's excruciating and just like playing with a child.
