Now they say it’s false flag to encourage people to sign up and fight. It would be-very unusual for anyone to
openly defy Putin.

I very much doubt it was a false flag. Putin didn’t look as though he was acting when he made his statement. I think Prigozhin had a mad moment and believed he could threaten Putin and get away with it.
