When we got married at the time the dancing started my FIL was feeling unwell and needed to go back to the hotel. So DH took him without letting me know and vanished.

I bopped away on my own for about 30 minutes. When he finally returned and rushed over to take my hand the music playing was ; rolling stones- I used to love you, but it;s all over now'.

We had Loving You by Minnie Riperton which soon turned into Juicy by Notorious BIG - 2 songs that meant alot to us and I couldn't stand the thought of dancing to a slow song for that long so got my friends up when the 2nd song came in!

We didn't have a first dance per se but we danced back down the aisle after the ceremony to 'Thinking' by Rusty Shackle.
