How much would you expect to pay for a one off deep clean of a 2 bed flat?

Including:
shampooing 4 carpets
3 sets of curtains
6 windows, interior and exterior
oven

Give me a ballpark figure. Trying to figure out if the quote I got is reasonable 🤔

I paid £350 for a deep clean of a 5 bedroom house that didn't include carpets, windows, curtains or oven, just literally cleaning. With all the extras, even with the 3 fewer bedrooms, that sounds probably about right. The property was empty as well, so no furniture to move.

I paid £365 for an end of tenancy clean last year on a three bed detached. It included the oven, windows inside and out, carpets (but fewer as hard floors downstairs). They did a really good job.

So I think yours sounds a little bit expensive on a flat, but it could depend on the area? I am Midlands.

Oh a pp said it would be cheaper to pay for all the services separately like get in oven cleaners etc. Not in my experience. I tried this a few years ago and ended up paying out loads. Try to get it all inclusive, the cleaning company can often bring in people like window cleaners themselves if required.

@Pemba yeah I had a look at different services. I would say its equally expensive or possibility slightly more.
