Who would you like to see presenting This Morning?

I think they should give some up and coming presenters a chance. i don’t want to see the likes of Eamonn & Ruth back again - they’ve had their day.

Do you know who I think would be pleasant to see on there? The black lady who does the car advert during the breaks in this Morning - the one who presents her daughter in the back of the car as the music expert, and her son is seen reluctantly washing the car. I would love to see her presenting.

Paul Whitehouse and Bob Mortimer

Or

AJ Odudu and Daisy May Cooper

Isn't This Morning awful these days anyway? Much like Loose Woman.
10/ 15 years ago it was alright?

Ruth and Rylan!

Also a great combination.
Not sure if they will go back to This Morning though
Don’t want Eamonn back though. He just comes across as a bitter nasty man

Sarah Green and Fern Britton were fantastic. Probably time for new faces though.

ShadowPuppets · 22/05/2023 13:18

Nigel and Giovanna from the Baby Club on CBeebies

Littleworkaholic · 22/05/2023 13:18

I think though they need to go for a younger demographic. Not the twenties, but folks in their thirties or forties.

I agree it would be good to switch it up.

On saying that, Mel and sue would be brilliant though.

Highfivemum · 22/05/2023 13:19

Sue pollard and paul ( aka chuckle brother ) 😁

familyissues12345 · 22/05/2023 13:20

My favourite current occasional presenters are Craig and Ferne, not sure if I'd want them all the time or someone new?

I agree that maybe a journalist would be good?

WestOfWestminster · 22/05/2023 13:20

How about the brother & sister combo from Gogglebox?

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 22/05/2023 13:20

They need to bring Fern B back!

Aquarius1234 · 22/05/2023 13:20

It doesn't matter who presents its the content of the programme that is the problem.

They'd never be able to do any serious topics! I do love them though...

Crinkle77 · 22/05/2023 13:21

I'm not sure who should take over but as much as I like Alison and Dermot I don't think they're right. It needs to be a pairing that are at ease with each other and who have warmth and a wholesome feel. Can't stand Eamonn Holmes so deffo not him and Ruth.

Lampzade · 22/05/2023 13:21

Yes , switching it up would be a great idea.
One couple on Monday and Tuesday. A different couple on Wednesday and Thursday. Alison and Dermot keep the Friday slot

Bet she's loving this. The way she left was so shady.

familyissues12345 · 22/05/2023 13:22

I wonder if now is the opportunity to totally redo the whole concept of this morning

FatAgain · 22/05/2023 13:22

Emma Willis and Rylan

I agree with this too. Those awful tacky stories that they cover like that woman who married a ghost or the age gap couple who loved to talk about their sex lives - basically people who they had on so they could take the piss out of. It needs to go back to it's roots, a magazine style programme.

TheFairyCaravan · 22/05/2023 13:24

Rylan and Josie Gibson

Crinkle77 · 22/05/2023 13:25

Oh and someone with journalistic integrity. I always felt that Holly was out of her depth when they were doing the more serious, political interviews.

Yes when I used to watch it was just for the TV/ soap and film actors interviews. Which aren't exactly all that.

DemonicCaveMaggot · 22/05/2023 13:26

Donald Trump. It would be hilariously bad.

With Rylan Clark because he seems nice.

I remember when she 1st started and I was thinking oh I hope she doesn't last very long because they've literally just picked her as she's obviously young and very pretty but it just didn't work for me.

Aquarius1234 · 22/05/2023 13:29

It worked round her life and kids and massive salary. Hense staying for years..
