What was in your bed when you woke up this morning?

When I went to bed last nights there was just myself and my duvet and pillows.
When I woke up there was also a 6 year old, a 2 year old, a toy dinosaur and an ear thermometer 🤷🏻‍♀️

Did anything exciting find its way into your bed in the night?

A huge wet patch and my 4 year old dd declaring she had wet herself but she was happy her bed was dry

This morning was a wife.

Midday was a bread role, a blanket, earbuds, seat belt and my phone (flight back from holiday)

This evening will be a wife and two cats.

‘A’ wife. Is this a variant from men who use ‘the’ wife?

My cat and dog! In fact I took a photo!

Nice try trying to demonise me... Read all the above posts from women using 'a' referring to husband and kids. Would you have picked up on 'my' had I used it too because it implies ownership?

I once woke up with a slug in bed next to me!! Rolled over and my arm brushed against it. I don't think I've ever woken up as quick. It must've dropped off the ceiling at some point although fuck knows how it even got into the bedroom in the first place.

Dogs. My partner had fed them so they had come in to me for a post breakfast nap and woke me whilst they got themselves comfortable.

I suppose it’s because women don’t tend to call their husband, “the husband”, so that’s maybe why it was asked. 🤷🏼‍♀️Hint:probably joke/sarcasm. I guess you missed it. 😅

My toddler grandson (dropped off at 6.30 am and popped into bed with me) and the dog who snuck in when DH left for work. One either side of me... :)

Nothing other than me and cool, clean bedding. Bliss. Then I looked at my phone and realised I'd overslept and the food shopping was arriving in 3 minutes - mad scramble for clothes.

Sadly not. Was staying at a friends so just me

A fake fur coat, all my clothes in a pile, and only half my bed.
(Went to a party, got moderately inebriated, slept in my camper van, bed collapsed in the middle of the night)

After DH vacated the area, two cats.

@MeinKraft i hardly ever make a cooked breakfast 😂 She’s upgraded from a spoon to spatula recently, just in case someone offers her food 😂
