Not really. An "or" might have been better than "and" but it's clearly two outfits:
My flared skull leggings or my tiny lacey mini skirts paired with fishnets and knee length platfom boots

No i read it as worn altogether as well. I thought maybe the fishnet tights were a different colour or something to make them stand out.

I'm not keen on gardening
I love other people's gardens and I can see why they enjoy it , but it's expensive, loads of upkeep and pretty much constant during the growing months. Then it all goes wild during the winter
I keep our small garden tidy ,grass cut , but buying pots or bulbs or 'annuals ' ( whatever they are ) I tend to ignore all that! Dh planted daffodil bulbs and they grew back ' blind '
Other gardening friends of mine are a bit puzzled by my lack of enthusiasm
