Which would you choose? Mine would be the Cadbury Marble bar from the 90s/00s but it would need to be the original recipe as Cadbury chocolate isn’t as good anymore

Philadelphia cheese spread. Wrapped in foil .The original one that was kinda dry instead of that moist gloop that you get in tubs now.
Wish you hadn't asked, as I'd only just got over it.

knorr "sizzle and serve" thai green curry sauce.

I miss it so much and have tried 100's of alternatives so a quick after work meal and none live up to it.

Yes I loved the tikka one. It was so lovely 🤩

You can still buy topics. The last time I got one was in Wilko. Sainsburys have them too I think.

A PP said B&M do them, going there tomorrow. Last time I looked they had defo been discontinued but happy to be wrong. Thank you and other posters for tips in finding the best choc bar.

Bluesheep8 · 20/04/2023 12:10

Either topic or toastie toppers

Topics are on sale in most newsagents

Bluesheep8 · 20/04/2023 12:14

And curried beans. I make my own curried beans by adding curry powder and sultanas to beans, but they're not the same.

Do you mean Heinz curry beans? I've seen them recently in supermarkets.

thewooster · 20/04/2023 12:19

Fry's Five Centres 😍

How I miss that fruity fondant filling.

lemons44 · 20/04/2023 12:35

Bursting bugs. They were all gooey in the middle and delicious.

Also does anybody remember, there used to be these little sausage rolls but were filled with a creamy vegetable mixture instead of meat? I think they may have been from Iceland. They were so good but I've never seen them since being an adult.

LindorDoubleChoc · 18/04/2023 19:57

@Lovegossip - try these instead, they are delish. I get mine from Sainsbury's but Google tells me Tesco and Ocado do them too petite beurre

I found them in my local nisa and ate half the packet lol

Thanks for the recommendation

Yes, I remember those - I don't think I've seen them for about 30 years.

Naimee87 · 20/04/2023 18:19

Do they still do Cadburys chocolate pudding in a tin that you boil. I vote
for that and angel delight… i‘m not in UK anymore and definitely can‘t get those delicious treats here…

Eyesopenwideawake · 20/04/2023 18:19

Mushroom double Swiss burger from Burger King. Oh, how I miss them 😭

frozendaisy · 20/04/2023 18:44

Tartex red pepper pate

Bongosbanjo · 21/04/2023 18:11

Popped into B&M and Sainsbury's today n alas no Topics 😿

tigerbear · 22/04/2023 17:08

For those mourning Phileas Fog Mignon Morceaux, I ordered some garlic croutons from Bon Chance a few days ago, and whilst nowhere near MM thickness and deliciousness, these are really nice!
A lot thinner and different texture, but insanely garlicky and very moreish 👌

HerculesMulligan · 22/04/2023 17:18

Someone (Findus/BirdsEye?) used to do a frozen stirfry meal with pasta, salmon, red peppers and herbs. It was delicious.

Was that the one in the bag? I loved that if so.

Seriously Strong Spreadable chilli cheese!! Why did it need to go??! It was delicious on toasted bagels

You can still get that!

HerculesMulligan · 22/04/2023 17:33

Yes! That one.

ClaraThePigeon · 22/04/2023 17:41

Yes! That one.

It was amazing. I may have to try to recreate it.

Stickortwister · 22/04/2023 17:52

I have a bit of a longlist...
Piglets crisps
Beanfeast in the 90s
Reef drink
The massive gu chocolate torte that was meant to feed 8 but id eat half
A proper beef and tomato pot noodle
Princess cakes from ikea ( not sure if discontinued but they havent had them the last few.times ive tried)

On balance i would like a bar of cadburys dairy milk from circa (approx) 1988 wrapped in foil preferably from my choclate dispenser.

Cadbury chocolate animals that used to come in a box rather than individual tiny packs that you get now!

Vitriolinsanity · 18/05/2023 18:46

Weight watchers ham and mushroom tagliatelle.

JoanJettsMullet · 18/05/2023 19:10

I’d be delighted if I were wrong, but I can’t recall seeing treacle-flavoured Fox’s Crunch Creams since childhood. I absolutely LOVED them.
