I'm bored, what's for dinner?

My Internet is down, I'm bored, tell me what you are having for dinner.

I think we are going to have pork steaks, green & yellow pepper, courgette & aubergine tray bake, maybe with a bit of onion in there two, and the lat bit of about of frozen cauliflower. The peppers don't really go but need using. I might stick some apple in the oven too.

Jacket potato and salmon.

Oxtail and Guinness stew and soda bread and REALLY GOOD butter (happy Paddy's Day!)

Dc are having pizzas from local italians and us grown ups are having Chinese. I've got the menu in front of me but can't decide....

Salmon & pea risotto. Apart from 2 fillets of salmon (and some milk) we have a mostly empty fridge until one of us can be bothered to go shopping.

Uramaki sushi, beef fried rice and a matcha tiramisu

We are having Spanish omelette tonight. Very tasty and filling

Ca Kho To with rice and greens

Homemade fish, chips and peas, all smothered in tartare sauce! Yum!

Not a clue 🤷‍♀️ I haven't eaten properly since last Thursday because I've been ill & now I'm hungry, I don't know what I want to eat.

Teriyaki chicken, sticky rice and greens with sesame seeds. So quick and tasty.

Fish and chips at the in laws.

It's Vietnamese caramelised, braised fish. It's tasty! Traditionally catfish, but we're having cod as catfish is hard to come by here😂
