I got sent a 10% off voucher for a big bag of flour as a mother's day promotion. I can't imagine my mum wants 16kg of flour 😀

It's true, not all mums do want flowers.

But if my kids bought me supermarket blended whiskey, instead of my ususal Jura, I'd be wondering what I'd done to offend them.

I’m a mum and I love whiskey. I don’t want flowers or chocolates but I’d be stoked if someone gave me a good peaty, smokey single malt.

I’d much rather a bottle of single malt than a bottle of wine.

I’m not a trans woman though, just have Scottish blood.

In terms of the target market and most typical buyer of whisky then pretty much yes.

Some women drink it yes, but the majority of drinkers of it are men.

The gin thing is a bit obvious now.
