Agree there are some real horrors on this thread. Especially the Toploader monstrosity and most of the Christmas shit post-1980s. Ditto soaring power ballads: awful awful genre.

Travis' 'Why does is always rain on me' always makes me want to throw something. Likewise Diana Ross's 'Chain Reaction' - top of the billing for dire wedding disco music.
