Does anyone else remember doing PE in the snow?

I'm 52 and we definitely did PE with snow on the ground.

I'm our aertex tops granny pants (brown 😭) abd gym skirt!

DS's rugby yes rugby tournament has been cancelled this afternoon because of the severe weather predicted. We're West Midlands;there's nary a flake.

i can’t recall doing it at n the snow but i do remember doin it in my knickers many times as I forgot my shorts

I'm in my early 60s. We played hockey in the snow wearing nothing more than a short sleeved aertex blouse, a short skirt, long grey socks and canvas boots. The boots weren't waterproof so our feet would be soaking by the end of the lesson. Only the goalie got to wear a track suit top.

When we complained to the teachers (who obviously were wearing track suits) they just said that if we were cold we weren't running fast enough!

Yes but I grew up in Denmark so snow was more frequent..

Rugby gets cancelled if ground is too hard and rightly so some serious damage can occur (seriously rugby mad son here) have stood by many rain-soaked rugby fields over the years
