What do you disagree with the internet/ rest of the world on? Mine is Going to bed with wet hair

Every time I've ever gone to bed without drying my hair properly (or walked around with wet hair for longer than about 20 minutes) I have had a bad cold or sore throat the next day!
When I looked it up online, everything pretty much said no, it won't make you have a cold, but might cause a stiff neck. I know the answer is, just dry your hair properly, but I can't always- it's really thick and takes SOOOO LONG! It can't be a coincidence- wet hair gives me a cold!
So anyway, anyone want to tell me what they disagree with the internet about?

I am convinced (but medical science appears not to be) that having my daughter knackered my teeth.

I watched a thing about being cold giving you a cold once and basically what they concluded was that being cold doesn't give you a cold (because a cold is a virus) but being cold puts your body into a state where it's more susceptible to catching that virus.

So if you had wet hair/were cold in a bubble with no virus present you'd be fine, but being wet/cold out in the actual world where a cold virus is around does make you more likely to catch a cold.

Wearing glasses makes your eyes worse as they rely on them.
In my experience it’s so true

@Veryverycalmnow - I am the same as you. Wet hair in bed, get sick the next day. Cold feet, get sick, etc etc.

Then I remember reading that the number of people who have been exposed to viruses and have it in their system is like an iceberg. The number of people who get sick from it under normal conditions is like the tip of the iceberg visible above the water. All the people who have been exposed and have the germ/virus/lurgy sitting in them waiting opportunistically to attack is like the submerged part of the iceberg, far greater in number than those who are actually sick. I think we're those who have the virus lurking about waiting to pounce.....

I think this is true. I was ill and they couldn’t figure out the cause so had lots of tests. Showed previous infections of glandular fever/ Lyme disease type stuff. It wasn’t the cause at that time but when you get run down these viruses and parasites that never leave your system can resurface.
