That's mad as my partners mum is a Geordie too (Jarrow) so he has s similar soft spot. We're both Arsenal season ticket holders but have given them up for this season.

I hope Eddie can deliver too as I feel he is getting some unjustified stick from some of our fans.

Mudryk would be a great addition. I don't think we need too many signings as we don't want to upset the balance too much.

I'm an army brat and we were stationed in the northern part of the country. I went to a few matches, Hamburg SV, Werder Bremen, Braunschweig and Hannover 96. And i was going to choose Braunschweig (atmosphere) when i went on a trip to Mönchengladbach with my dad and his mate had a spare ticket for a match. My dad hated football, so i asked if i could go. Rickety old stadium, but blimey, what an atmosphere. Hooked.

Omg same 😂 I think Jordan Henderson really is a soft lad and last night I made dh a lovely lumpy lumpy chicken wapp and I'm always telling him he's a good lad Peter.

Jordan Henderson. Lovely looking guy, lovely blue and eyes and I love his North East accent (not sure if he’s an actual Geordie?). He also does just as much for charity as Marcus Rashford but doesn’t seem to get any credit for it. He got all the PL captains together during lockdown for example

Totally agree. That's a game we would have lost a couple of years ago and Newcastle have the best defence in the league at the moment I believe. As you say, they are 3rd for a reason.
