Liz Hurley - how does she look so amazing ?

I mean - has anybody seen her Instagram photos from New Year? She literally looks 25 and her body is amazing ! How does this woman do it?? Other than being totally stunning to kick off with!

I have a stomach like her and I've had two dc's. It's down to luck and looking after myself (we have heart problems in the family and I tend towards depression if I stagnate).

She looks great, well preserved, obviously has the best of everything to help with this but she doesn't look 25. Actually think she is more beautiful now than when she was younger.

A good case of don't believe everything you see on tv. She was in front of me coming out of a theatre a little while ago and turned round to look for something. Let's just say she didn't look quite as beautiful as she does on screen. Her daughter was absolutely gorgeous though.

Amanda looks amazing on photoshopped and posed pictures, but when they take pictures of her on the street, you can see saggy face. She looks her age, she's just well maintained, slim, has beautiful radiant skin, nice hair etc. We can't escape the fact we're aging though.

I think that was a comment about Amanda H and her daughter.

She is open about the fact that she eats very little, so it isn’t surprising that she is so slender, but she also has a very smooth chest and neck for someone in their mid fifties . She has always looked after her skin, has regular treatments and various tweaks I imagine. She says that she is disciplined and keeps in good shape. Her son is so like her ! A blessing I feel as his father is oddly sinister looking.

I feel for Amanda though because you can just see how desperately she clings on to youth but happens to absolutely look her age. Her slimness, hair etc doesn't make up for that she literally looks not only her age but someone actively trying to defy ageing unsuccessfully. Not meant as a criticism because Naomi Campbell and Liz Hurly do the same but they're a lot more successful in their endevours.

Bear in mind it's very, very easy to tweak photos - and even videos - to look slimmer, taller, more curvy, better skin etc. I sincerely doubt she's posting unedited photos on Instagram.

Also - she most likely only eats lean protein and veg the majority of the time. When she eats. She has the time and money to do more exercise than most of us could fit into our lives. She has access to the world's best skincare and surgery. And she literally gets paid to look how she does - I'm sure I could find the motivation to eat less if I were earning what she has.

I feel bad for her going through both Steve Bing's and Shane Warne's deaths within 2 years.

Can we introduce Kate Beckinsale to this conversation 😆

God, her son looks more like her than she does. What a strange life he must have had.

She looks her age in the 1st photo here - albeit well-groomed and not like she's putting the bins out. But it highlights how photoshopped/filtered the odd ones with her son below are.

Look good is basically her full time job andshe has plenty of money to throw at it, she should be getting decent results.

she works hard at this she is quite open about eating very very little

and a few tweaks but nothing over the top. I’ve seen her in rl about 20 years ago she is extremely pretty and very charming

I know lots of women who have completely flat tums after having kids (sadly not me).

I don’t know one woman who can fill a bikini top like Liz after kids though. I mean I can fill a bikini top but not in the same way!

Agreed Amanda Holden is starting to look too weird/frozen.

Same for me, then I was a single parent so didn't get to eat that much and was constantly on the bloody go! At 60 I have slowed down and have got some lock down pounds!
