Liz Hurley - how does she look so amazing ?

I mean - has anybody seen her Instagram photos from New Year? She literally looks 25 and her body is amazing ! How does this woman do it?? Other than being totally stunning to kick off with!

Nonsense. My DM had 8 DCs and had a tummy like that. She was always tiny. Never bigger than a size 8 her entire life. Her DM was the same. They just had good genes - which I didn't inherit but my DSIS did.

You can have a flat stomach with no stretch marks after having children. It's not that rare.

It is her job to look fabulous, so she works hard at it and spends appropriately.

I do think she must barely eat. I was also thinking of Amanda Holden. They both have tiny waists and hips and a flat stomach. It’s not an athletic look, just slim and youthful. They must be starving.

It does bother me when I look at the Instagram accounts of people like her, and see the parties and the yacht holidays - loads of women who are seemingly frozen in time, surrounded by men who have been allowed to get old, fat and grey.

To state the bleeding obvious, it’s not fair.

What?

Plenty of people have normal flat stomachs after childbirth.

What do you think happens in pregnancy that ruins your stomach? I have one friend who's stomach muscles were ruined by them having a caesarean, and they had a tummy tuck but everyone else in my gym class has worked for it.

What everyone else has said. She has time and money and motivation to look that good. We would all find it easier with all of that resource!

Also, if you have ever seen a 50+ someone in real life, who you have only seen in crafted media appearances before, you realise that look a lot older in real life. Don't believe instagram. Its not real.

I’ve seen here in the flesh about fifteen and she was absolutely gorgeous. I was shocked. I couldn’t comment on her looks now.

I know several women in the 50’s who are absolute knock outs. No surgery or mad regimes just luck of the gods.

I’ve always liked Liz- I think she would be a laugh to hang out with.

Genes, diet, exercise, Botox etc, wee bit of photoshop. She looks great but it must be hard work.

In person she looks older but still very attractive. When she had her lips tipped up she does look cartoonish but she is now careful not to be photographed until her lips settle and she does indeed look fantastic.

Liz also has a very good upbeat spirit and is one of those people that tackles any problems with a positive attitude and that plus not having money worries helps her lead a joyful and mostly stressful life which reflects on her looks.

She looks slim and strong and healthy rather than too skinny which is part of it I think - being thin can be ageing.

As for her face though, I suspect all manner of cosmetic procedures, expensive skincare and makeup plus filters are responsible.

Both liz and amanda look great,but there is no getting away from the fact they have clearly had some very good cosmetic proceedures done and they have plenty of money to spend on keeping up with those.
