I took out two high-potential letters in the first two lines, which narrowed the field after line 2 considerably.

Still stunned when it flipped to green, though.

Weirdly that word did cross my mind for line 2 but didn’t go for it

Despite my DH opening a NYtimes account to protect my stats, I have somehow managed to wipe my 200plus games, my streak of nearly 90 and my 13 Twofers.
I now have a streak of 1, a total of 1 game.

On the up side, my previous win rate of 99% is now a perfect 100%...

I figured out quite quickly that two of the letters went in second and fourth place, and spent too many minutes playing with silly options before an actual word emerged.

Ah Bruce! what a pain... :(

Wasn't sure if it was a word. DD tried it and it was right.

I've discovered that I should have logged out of my account before clearing cookies and stuff. I've just retried it and i have kept my precious streak of one!
(Also considered redoing today's to get a 2 but didn't...)
