Has anyone else still not had Covid? Lighthearted musing

I've not had it yet and really hope Christmas is not when I succumb to it. Someone at work told me I would be like a cockroach if the end of the world came- only thing to survive kind of thing.
There's so much about right now and I'm thinking surely I'll get it. Will I?

Not had it but I don't really mix with people so maybe thats why Ive been lucky. However my daughter works in a university, close contact with hundreds of people every day, houseshare with people who tested positive so had to isolate three separate times but still never tested positive herself! Neither of us get many colds anyway so maybe we are just lucky. Friend of mine who has been WFH since March 2020 went to a team bonding session last Thursday and tested positive yesterday after feeling dreadful on Monday. Another friend ( in Ireland) who was very strict about masks and gloves and sanitizing etc (because he is a self confessed hypochondriac) also caught it 4 months ago.

Never had it (as far as I’m aware) and neither has DS, DM, DF, MIL. DH and DD both went 2 years without it and only got it when they did something slightly ‘risky’ - cycling holiday abroad and school residential.

Never knowingly had it, neither did my 90 year old parents, nor my siblings. Only time I've been ill in last almost 10 years was from the vaccines. My adult kids all had it at various times. Wonder is there something in our DNA making us immune ?

I had an antibody test in autumn 2020 which was positive- I’d had no symptoms at all and it was before any real talk about asymptomatic spread.

I’ve tested regularly since (work with vulnerable people) which have all been negative.

Not had it but I've had 5 (or 6 maybe?) vaccines and shielded heavily, still WFH

As far as we know, none of my immediate family have had it. DP worked from home during lockdown and my Stepdad is retired, but I had to go to work throughout, as did my DM, who is a medical professional. We've been on multiple holidays and trips abroad since and never any symptoms or positive tests. Hope it stays that way!
