It's a weekday before 5pm, but it's fucking freezing, work has been a bag of shite, and my washing machine has just packed in.

When DM died, I cleared the house & took home a large bottle of Baileys.

It was off. I think I cried more at that than at her funeral.😀😂

No Baileys but I just ate a bag of chocolate coins meant for one of the kids stockings. It is freezing and I needed cheering up - that is my excuse anyway.

I don't know why I've never noticed it, but we do have a good array of choices in this department.

My ds (who is an adult btw) also had a bit of a bad day and so he just brought me a shot of caramel vodka to schnarff down with him . I'm going to be quite pissed on a Tuesday night. And why is everyone having such a crap day today? It's not even a Monday....

I don't think I have, but if you love coffee flavoured liqueurs you must try Kahlua as it's gorgeous!

I love coffee flavoured anything so will be sourcing myself a bottle of that!

Thanks for the washer advice, I've tried removing the tube, I've also opened and emptied the filter to check it's not blocked, nowt. Its just not going round. Bastard.

You evil vipers! I have been trying to forget the Bailey's I have in my wine cabinet (that rarely has any wine in it), but now I feel I have to open it in solidarity.

Someone on here once shared their "grown up" version of Bailey's. Vanilla vodka with Kahlua. It is very nice and far too easy to drink too much of.
