At this point I'm just grateful the parcel arrived.. I'd almost given up hope. I'll be using DPD or UPS in future.

I've just sent ds1 his new SIM card that took a few days to come but I've sent it "guaranteed by 1pm" so fingers crossed he gets it tomorrow!

Im waiting for dds new phone to be delivered by DPD that should have been next day delivery and I'm still waiting for it since Saturday so it seems like everyone is having problems.

I sent something 48h tracked on 22 October. Either no delivery was attempted or the people weren't there. No card left. Rearranged delivery but it never arrived. It arrived back with me today with "wrong name" scribbled on it (it wasn't) & "not collected". Well, no card was ever left, how could they have collected it.?It was something for Halloween - maybe next year.

Some good news.. the jumper was in fact posted on 5th a.d turned up yesterday.. it was actually sent 24 hour tracked but that was pretty quick.

Still no post.. I think that's 13 days now but I'm losing count

I can! A present ordered for my beloved back in mid-August turned up in mid-November

With regards to the RM 48 hour tracked service, our postie at work who collects was told last week not to pick up any second class or 48 hour tracked items as they hadn't got enough staff to sort them out!! Luckily for the businesses near us he ignored that instruction and collected the 60 odd bags of small parcels using 48 hour tracked. Not sure whether they will have gone anywhere other than the sorting office but hey ho! We have only used RMSD since Covid - although its expensive its cheaper than replacing the number of items lost in the system when sent Recorded or standard delivery.
