A pair of 100% wool socks has just changed my life...

Living without heating for as long as possible and I've been looking for ways to keep warm. I can highly recommend wool socks. My feet are now toasty which is fab.

They look lovely!

I chuck all my wool undies in with the rest of the washing (even in the dryer), the socks really shrink, but I like the challenge of stretching them back over my feet, makes them nice and snug 😅

I've got a wool pillow (bought from a yarn fair) and a wool duvet. They are both amazing, especially for a menopausal woman. Wool really is an incredible fibre.

I don't know if it's a sign of getting old,, but I love a good quality pair of socks! I've bought loads of pairs this Christmas as presents, but I've decided to keep a few myself as I know nobody will get me any as nice! Got mine from Seasalt Cornwall - they have a good offer on 3 for 2 and other discounts.

Love this thread btw. I'm now on the mailing list for Pachamama and Pairs! I seriously can't justify buying any more socks this Christmas 😄
