It's not a treat.

Day 4 20% off decorations.

So the trend is, give me a packet of Percy Pigs for free on Day 1 then give me money off vouchers so I have to travel to the store every day to spend more money.

now, where's the gin ... Gin

ifonly4 · 04/12/2022 07:01

20% off decorations. I reckon we'll get a small freebie around day 6 to keep our interest up. Still nne to have day 1 freebie and discounts for those that can use them.

CeriB82 · 04/12/2022 07:29

This is boring now. I want gin!

Eaumyword · 04/12/2022 07:42

20% off decorations as well 🙄
So far the only thing free is a percy pig bauble which wouldn't match my tree ☹

ChristmasCwtch · 04/12/2022 07:54

20% off decorations. I’m never particularly impressed with their baubles. No where near as nice as John Lewis decs.

Random aside… I know someone about said the Tonies box is “plastic junk”. It’s actually really awesome for young kids. We got one when my little one was 3 and he absolutely adores it. Nice to listen to stories whilst they’re pottering about the playroom. But it is a really very random discount for M&S, which aren’t likely to be in the right demographic

darisdet · 04/12/2022 08:15

I'd never heard of a 'Tonies box' and I'm not the right demographic, my children are older. They must be trying to shift a few, hoping we'll buy them as Christmas presents.

I got the above offer yesterday. Today I also have 20% off decorations.

Tiredoftiers · 04/12/2022 08:52

I’ve got 20% of kitchenware today. Just feels like the usual sparks offers spread out rather than appearing on one day.
I was happiest with my free loaf of bread just before the 12 days of Christmas started. Always read the terms and conditions of the free thing, sometimes a croissant can be anything including a yum nut and the free loaf was white, oats or granary.

Supersimkin2 · 04/12/2022 09:14

20% off a bathmat.

I spend easily £4k a year in M&S cos Simply Food is next door.

No spend on bathmats.

Eaumyword · 04/12/2022 09:42

20% off a bathmat is so completely random!😂
Nothing says Christmas like a lightly discounted bathmat...
I think the naughty M&S IT work experience students are having fun at our expense with this year's offerings!

FredaFox · 04/12/2022 10:57

Mine is 20% off decorations
I don't need any!!

ilovebrie8 · 04/12/2022 19:31

I got the decorations discount which I won’t use. Their decorations are really poor this year hardly any choice of baubles ...worst I’ve seen . John Lewis have loads in comparison...

Eaumyword · 05/12/2022 06:50

Today's pathetic offering - £1 off a light up lantern.
I only placed an order last night for £80 for thermals for us all - it's not like I don't spend with them!

darisdet · 05/12/2022 11:43

Same with the £1 off the lantern today .

Snowingcatsaround · 05/12/2022 11:45

Yes the £1 off. Of the Biscuits lantern. We got 3 accounts per household and all three have the same.

Crunchymum · 05/12/2022 13:29

The Halloween versions of those lanterns went down to 60p! Feck would I ever pay anywhere near full price for them (they were my offer today too)

darisdet · 05/12/2022 14:25

They're clearly trying to shift a few of the lanterns!

londonmummy1966 · 05/12/2022 14:28

£1 off a lantern here too - might have been useful except that DH and both DDs have already had the same offer...

SavouryFlavour · 05/12/2022 15:58

i got this too, and had a brief look at the big table of shortbread lanterns when I was returning a sequinned jacket . The first thing I noticed was the '3 for 2' sticker which instantly made me wonder if my Sparks '£1 off' was a better or worse deal, but I couldn't be bothered to work it out, so put the lantern down and left.

Eaumyword · 06/12/2022 06:17

The crapness continues...
29% off Samsung something or other today...

CeriB82 · 06/12/2022 06:30

Another 29% off samsung

i give up

BarrelOfOtters · 06/12/2022 07:00

I was looking at the £1 off lanterns yesterday, thinking I just can’t be arsed to pick that up and take it to the tills, when a woman excitedly ran past saying she was off to get her robin. Takes all sorts.

darisdet · 06/12/2022 12:00

I had no idea they sold Samsung products, but now I do Grin

Blueberrycreampie · 06/12/2022 12:02

29% off Samsung. Every one has been money off, no actual freebies - annoyed!

reluctantbrit · 06/12/2022 18:53

Exactly. On Saturday I got the chance to win tickets for the snowman - I haven't bought children clothes for years.

Even the money off ones are so random. Better would be 20% off one item/order of my choice.

Well, DD enjoyed the Percy Pigs from Thursday.

Blueberrycreampie · 06/12/2022 19:43

@reluctantbrit where's my gin!
