A slice of toast at lunchtime after getting up after a nightshift.

Went out for dinner tonight and had Bird, Surf & Turf (chicken breast, steak, scampi, grilled tomato, mushroom, onion rings, sweet potato fries & salad) followed by honeycomb cheesecake.

I'm proper cheered up by this thread! So much brilliant rubbish food! I'll add my own.

Muesli ok that's alright,

Apricots, banana, chicken soup, chocolate protein bar thing, scotch pancake oozing with butter,

Coconut veg curry with cream,

Chocolate milkshake.

In bed now with my 7th cup of tea, toast butter and honey and I've just licked the honey off the plate.

Very rarely eat until tea time, just coffee with sugar,( before I get slated I have a metabolic disease that means I cannot convert food into energy)

Chicken covered in maple sauce, boiled rice and brocoli.
A peeled apple.

Chocolate cake bars x 2
Bag of crisps.

Some cashew nuts.

I do feel so much better reading this as my diet is not the best and I really must start adding in some more healthy foods.
DH on the other hand eats so much better than I do.
He eats roughly the same every day:-
He will have a turkey, lettuce, onion and tomato sandwich on high protein/seeded bread, snacks on apples, pears and oranges. Lunch is a salad and dinner will be something like chicken, potatoes and 3 or 4 different veg. Bearing in mind he is a roadworker and most of his colleagues eat out of the burger vans (they all take the piss out of him), I think he does so much better than me.

Breakfast - 2 crumpets with butter and marmite. Cup of tea. Little orange.

Lunch - houmus, carrot / cucumber / pepper sticks. Apple and a yoghurt.

Tea - jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw

Black tea in the morning. Ham roll at lunchtime. Two cups of black tea in the afternoon. Just had a beef burrito and salad. Probably have a packet of baked plain - flavoured crisps later this evening.

Not the healthiest!

Morning snack a beef and tomato pot noodle with 2 mini bake at home baguettes to dip inside it, a blue ribband and a penguin. Washed down with a coffee with a good glug of vanilla syrup.

Dinner a pack of crisps, a penguin and a mini curly wurly

Currently eating after work a chicken and mushroom pot noodle ( no I don't have an obsession with them. I literally had enough money to get them before my proper food shop comes) 2 slices of white bread with polish Mayo (tastes way better than normal Mayo) dipped into it, another pack of crisps and more biscuits and chocolate and if I can be bothered to freeze by getting back out of bed another coffee
