2 x toast and peanut butter
1 yogurt with added pumpkin seeds
pitta bread with cheese and mustard
fresh carrot apple and celery juice
an apple
handful of cashews
2 x ginger biscuits
pasta and tuna salad
cheese and crackers and wine as it’s Friday!
for reference am slim and training for a marathon so very hungry!

Breakfast - Greek yogurt with prunes, figs, apricots, sultanas and sends me seeds.
lunch - leftover veg risotto with a salad
dinner - beef lasagna with salad
snacks almonds
red wine

1 Weightwatchers chicken tikka.

Miserable existence but I've put some real timber on the last few months and I'm almost spherical with a gravitational pull akin to Jupiter, so needs must.

@neverendinglauaundry I made it up!
Roast peppers 20 mins
Fry off onion, garlic, tomato purée, add lamb mince
Season- S&P, rosemary, oregano, cumin, lemon zest & juice
Mix in cooked orzo, stuff into peppers & bake again.. family have feta on top but I'm not a fan.
It's delish!

Actually really rubbish food wise today!
Breakfast - none
Lunch - Belvita Breakfast Biscuits
Snack - Treacle tart with clotted cream
Tea - Just going to make cheese on toast with tuna mayo
Lots of wine! Oh & a grab bag of Quavers.

One of those day's where you just don't have the energy to cook😴, so I treat myself to a gorgeous garlic flatbread from Sainsbury's. Hit the spot after a long days graft.

Chicken tray bake with chorizo, peppers, courgettes, tomatoes, butternut squash, red onion and cannellini beans.
