Mine would be Gabriella.

Lindsay. It has a friendly and familiar ring to it.

Eve. Simple, pretty. Underused in my age group.

Chloe

I’d like to be a Sarah. I have a name that stood out as a child, and I don’t like the sound of it. Sarah sounds soft and quiet whilst also being classy and professional.

Having had this user name for well over a decade now, I would probably go with Susie. (Formal name Suzanna) or my middle name.

I'm happy with my name.
Eldest DD wanted to be called Margaret Asda when she was very young, though.. ;-)

What a beautiful and original middle name! 😂
That's excellent.

@Ameanstreakamilewide DD's husband tells her sometimes that she's in 'Margaret Asda' mood! ;-)
My BIL, on the other hand, rather fancied being called Bobby Bubbles when he was little.. :-0

I'm good with my first name, it's my (very plain) middle name that has always irked me. I'd like to change that to my great grandmother's name, Constance.

I have an unusual name that people struggle to spell and pronounce, and I feel that it contributed to me being labelled 'weird' growing up (disclaimer: I am a bit weird). It never occurred to me that I could change my name when I grew up and now that I'm 50 it's much too late, but I wish I'd been called Kate. Kate is classic, easy to spell and pronounce, and can be sexy (like Mossy) or girl next door (like Winslet).
