I just love a ring thread!
My DP and I got married last month, and I'm waiting for my wedding ring to come back from the jewellers as it was a little too big.

Whilst I'm waiting (and missing it!!) I'd love to see yours!

Wow, I can’t believe how many unique and beautiful rings I just seen! I love that we can all wear the same thing but have such individuality.

I love mine. Was considerably thinner when it was it purchased!

I was married before and widowed. Needed it to be very different from my first- still love it…

mine are platinum sapphire and diamond engagement ring + platinum millgrain band (please excuse the chubby fingers 🙃)

Old wrinkly hands . Third wedding ring as my hands have got fatter and wrinklier. I never wear my engagement ring

This is mine, bought the diamond and aquamarines as loose and got a brilliant local jeweller to se them

im a swimmer. Aquamarines we’re used by sailors to protect them from sea monsters

so far so good 😂🤣

My engagement, wedding and eternity rings. Engagement was from Hatten Garden and I chose it myself, the three diamonds represent past, present and future. The plain silver wedding ring was because I wanted something simple as the engagement ring had all the diamonds. I got the eternity ring after my second baby as DS1 is a September baby which is Sapphire and DS2 is April which is diamond and I absolutely love it 💙🤍

Fabulous jewellery. You know what I haven't seen pearls, or amethysts in a ring. They're out of fashion perhaps

I have an amethyst ring. It was my Great grandmothers. I inherited it from my mum. I haven’t been able to bring myself to getting it out of her safe. I always knew when I owned that ring, mum would be gone. It’s part of my denial.

But I have been thinking of going and getting it from her and dads house. I would love to show it off. But it’s the only amethyst ring I have seen for years, but it’s over 100 years old, so maybe they haven’t been popular for a while. I think you might be right.

I did have a pearl ring that mum got me in the 90s but I haven’t seen that for years. No idea where it is.

Be careful when using an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner, the vibration can literally shake precious stones from their settings 😱

I have one and it does a great job of cleaning gold, two of my friends are manufacturing jewellers and they have warned against using an ultrasonic cleaner to clean jewellery with precious stones as the vibration can shake the stones loose, I thought I knew better until I cleaned an eternity style ring in it, fortunately I noticed that there was a stone missing from the ring before I tipped the water from the cleaner down the drain 🙊

I got engaged about 2 hours ago😍🤍
