What are the warmest slippers I can buy?

I really struggle to keep my feet warm over winter, what do I need?!

Sheepskin slipper boots from Sheepland. I replace the inner soles each year to keep them toasty

DH loves his Halfinger slippers - the ones with ankle cuffs. They’re wool though. Bought them from Shoegarden online.

@Devilledmeg I love ‘heat holder’ socks (with grippers) and my Fatface boot slippers. Together they make for very warm feet (tested on cold slate floors). (Vegan so no animal products here either).

Sheepskin boots are genuinely life changing.

Yes I have Damart Thermolactyl boots for wearing just in the house in winter.

Someone on another thread recommended Ciora boots. I ordered them. They are not warm at all. They also don’t have hard soles so will wear through quickly.

I’m looking at those but they don’t specify the make and there’s a £5 delivery charge!

My Emu slippers saved me the other week. I was carrying a pan of hot fat using a tea towel not realising there was another one underneath which slipped out the pan hit the floor splattered hot fat everywhere including my Emu boots. Not even a red spot on my feet. They washed up fine too

Good quality, fluffy thermal socks plus any decent pair of slippers.

It's the layering of socks and slippers that really gets feet warm.

I bought these real sheepskin ones recently and they're only £50 at the moment (half price!). They're very warm.

Ugg slippers and they last YEARS. I can’t swear shoes in the house

My daughter's get through a pair a year. They're SAHM mums so really do live in them.

I hate it in the winter when I have to peel off mine and thick socks to go out. I put them on the radiator so when I get home they're all nice and cosy

They worked well for me because I wasn't bothered about the colour and I just wasn't prepared to spend loads and loads on slippers - which is silly really given I WFh and live.in them 7 months of the year.

I have just received a pair from Drapers. Ellen I think. Fabulous. Expensive though

Sorry if this has been mentioned already but I love the bedroom athletics slippers. The ones I have are a short boot - so warm and comfortable. And they're on sale at the moment. Husband wears his 24/7 too.

Yes to genuine sheepskin or lambskin slipper boots. I love mine for cold days, toasty toes and ankles.

I lived in my Mark's and Spencer boot slippers last year.....
