Just watching Ghosts.... if you had to spend eternity wearing what you're wearing now... would you be pleased?!

I'm looking reasonably acceptable tonight - leggings, hoody and ugg-type slippers that would not be toooooo hideous to live forever in.

Hair & makeup still okay from work.
Other nights could be a different matter. Hair dye with old tee shirt, or coconut oil and plastic bag on hair!

How about you? If you popped your clogs now, what's your forever outfit?

Pyjama bottoms with holes in, a vest with one of those built in bra shelf things which is rather uncomfortable, and ratty hair. No. tonight is not a good night for me to be immortalised.

Nooo! Just got in from work and went straight into comfy mode - joggers, no bra, sleep shirt, thermal socks and dressing gown. Should have stayed in my suit if today was the day!

I'm wearing a silky slip thing so no!!

Nothing not to love

I was told I have Dr Who vibes today, raincoat and converse, which I was delighted about. But my jeans waistband is too tight and I should have put a jumper on. An eternity of being just a bit chilly and jeans button popped, even with Dr Who vibes, does not appeal.

Happy with my clothes - comfy jeans and a nice sweater, but my hair... it really needs a cut and a restyle could not put up with this for eternity 😁

I've spent the day cleaning and doing odd jobs around the house, then walking the dog and am now waiting for the kids to have all used the shower so I can use it. So I'm currently wearing scruffy jeans with shoe polish on one knee, one of DHs old T shirts and an old hoodie with dog treats and poo bags in the pockets. I remember an episode where one of the ghosts tries to throw away a letter (or similar) from his pocket but it just re-appears so in 'Ghost world' I'd be stuck for ever reaching in my pocket for a tissue only to find a plastic bag and with a slight odour of meaty dog treats.

Oh noooo. A nightie and a leopard print oodie. Slippers, no bra. Not good.

Just like in Beetlejuice when all the souls in the waiting room were as they were when they died. But in Ghosts doesn’t the lovely Thomas die of a duelling wound? Or was it hypothermia?
And do you feel anything when you’re a ghost? If not, I want to go in my poshest frock, spanx sucking every inch in, the heels I haven’t worn in a decade and make up on point. Otherwise leggings jumper and Ugg’s.
I don’t want to die in my sleep, because I don’t fancy eternity in the nuddy.

I was woken from a very drunken sleep at a hotel at the weekend to the fire alarm.
Took me a good five minutes to realise what it was, and I emerged into the carpark with shoes on the wrong feet, ripped skinny jeans, my t-shirt on backwards and my husband's blazer. Looked good, I did not. But prior to that I was naked. And as I said to my mom the next day "I need to stop sleeping naked, no one needs that at 6 in the morning" 🤣🤣

Right now, odd socks, satin PJ's and my hair in a greasy pony tail, and bald eyelashes from pulling my extensions off 🙈 so more miss than hit.

Just asked my 17yr old ds, who is sitting in a pair of joggers, cool polo short, and a fluffy dressing gown.... he said "I'd be golden"

If I could feel stuff I'd want a much more comfy bra on, currently in a fleecy top and jeggings.

If I couldn't feel anything that's much easier. If I couldn't feel the cold I'd wear a silk bottle green dress with sparkly shoulders, spanx, hair done, make up, so I don't look like death, and trainers.
I could never walk well in heels and don't fancy spending eternity learning how!

Jeans and tatty hoody- I'd be fine. The slippers make the outfit. You can't change what you have on but there's nothing to say you can't redo your hair a bit is there? With all that time I might learn how to do it half decently!

If you have a blanket on top of you does that count as being part of your outfit? I would be a much happier ghost with a blanket to hide behind.

It depends. Is comfort still something that bothers you when you’re dead? I haven’t seen Ghosts; Are the NP’s legs getting cold?

If looks were all that mattered, I would prefer time to get into my velvet 1930s dress, style hair and full slap. Might as well look fabulous.

But if underwires, heels and sheath skirts still get annoying when you’re dead, I’ll spend eternity in joggers, thermal top and dog hair, with a messy bun, thanks.

I’m comfy, joggers and a saggy old jumper, but I’ve dribbled toothpaste all down my jumper so not looking too smart for eternity…
