DC can’t find accommodation in Manchester (not a student)

Very excited to have secured first job there. Young professional. But impossible to find a houseshare.

Might have to decline the job. Absolutely heartbroken.

Is it always this difficult?

There's loads of smaller towns commutable to the city centre. Guide Bridge is a 10 minute train ride, for example.
