Superwoman by Stevie Wonder. I totally immerse myself into that song

MissHavishamsMouldyOldCake · 02/09/2022 12:43

This Mortal Coil's version of Song to the Siren.

Just perfection.

MrsTimRiggins · 02/09/2022 12:44

Fire away by Chris Stapleton, he has such a powerful voice. Pretty much all his songs to be honest. Tyler Childers is another who I could listen to all day, particularly Universal Sound and Lady May.

NannyGythaOgg · 02/09/2022 13:47

Backstreet Luv by Curved Air 1967 (I think) I was at school and absolutely loved this. Never hear it on any off the oldies shows.

Goodbye Blackberry Way by The Move

Talking Loud and Clear by OMD

Power of Goodbye by Madonna

loads more but those are some of the most important to me.

NannyGythaOgg · 02/09/2022 13:51

Oh
Flowers in the Rain by The Move too (followed by the Bee Gees I think)

I set my alarm early to listen to the start of Radio One 7am 30th September 1967. Tony Blackburn was the DJ and this was the first record.

Love "where is my mind", but the sort of thing I get into raptures listening to generally doesn't get much airplay.
