House spiders - how many have you seen this year?

I'm getting fed up of seeing them every night. I don't usually see one until September so this is early for me. Luckily dp will remove them but it's still not pleasant. My worst night so far we had 3!
The dc started off being terrified of them but now they think one on the wall is commonplace.

How many have you all seen, if any so far?

We don't really get them here. I only ever se the long legged spindly ones. It's quite nice 😊

Apparently the long legged spindly ones eat the big house spiders, although I've never seen them in action. I've got lots of the spindly type and hardly ever see a big one, so maybe it's true.

Lots of spindly ones, we have an agreement, if they stay out of my bedroom they can stay, they do make a mess with their webs 🕸️though. I used to get the big hairy ones, once had one so big upstairs that you could hear its footsteps😳 not seen any for quite a few years so I'm hoping it's true that the spindly ones keep them at bay cos they make me shriek...... 🕷️Think its the speed that they move that scares me, I now its pathetic but can't help it🤷
