Do you set an alarm to wake up on the weekend when you are not working?

I don’t have to get up in the morning but I just set my alarm for 8am. Dc are teenagers now so I don’t need to be up at a certain time so I don’t know why I do it. I used to love a lie in but I prefer to be up early these days.

I'm a cross breed owl & lark.

I never sleep without waking at 4:15 ( it can be as early as 3:30) and most days I'm properly awake and enjoy being up (spring/summer anyway!!) if not I can doze for an hour or so, but that's it. I could get up for a while then go back to bed & sleep for a bit, but I'd be double fucked for sleeping that night.

I could 'waste' the morning dozing and lying in bed. I consider it a waste as I'm not actually sleeping.

im also naturally a night person & hate going to bed early.

I'm permanently exhausted. I have never been able to actually SLEEP late. I'm envious of people who actually stay properly asleep!

whats a sleepers secret???

@MakeadealwithGod

to answer your question

NO. Needing an alarm is a non sleepers wet dream.If I did need an alarm for the week days, there's no way I'd be setting an alarm for weekends (unless somewhere specific I had to be)
