Low calorie but delicious sweet treats

I've successfully lost over a stone and am now trying to maintain it. I wanted a cookie today and M&S was the nearest place. A cookie was 344 calories which seemed a lot!

Does anyone have any secret low calorie treats they've discovered? My go-to at home is an Oreo as it's only 52 calories and satisfies my sweet tooth.

These are all brilliant thank you! Got so many little treat ideas I can pop in my work bag to help me stay on track.

I ended up not having time to get anything so when I got home I had 6 squares of Cadburys Mini Eggs chocolate bar which was 100 calories and delicious!

A Mars ice cream bar is 136 calories!

You inspired me! (I obviously had to check if you were right on the calorie count because it seemed so unbelievable given how delicious they are. And you were!)

Also just had a 2 finger Kit Kat honeycomb for 104 calories. Amazing! Have popped one in my work bag for this week!

A choco leibnitz biscuit (essentially a big rich tea finger esconsed in a big slab of chocolate) is 141 cals for 2. Very satisfying and chocolatey for the cals. A kit kat chunky is only 203 calories too. Yes these are slightly bigger portions than some other suggestions, but are more satisfying too!

Happy shopper peanut and caramel chocolate protein bars are 99 p and 198 cals each. They are delicious, if you can find them, and are a massive 20 g of protein so fill you up for hours!

Also, and don't hate me, half a lean cooked chicken breast (without skin) is only around 100 cals. Sometimes, not always, eating this can take the edge of sweet cravings (of course not if you're really in the mood for chocolate though)

Hartley 10 cal jelly pot. Most of them are actually 3 or 4 calories.

M&S salted caramel rice cakes are amazing. Pack of 6 about £2

It may not be to your taste but I make a sort of trifle thing.
I make up a sachet of sugar free jelly in a Tupperware (less water than suggested on the packet) you can add frozen or fresh fruit to this layer if you want to (frozen raspberries in raspberry jelly is good) and then once set top with low-fat or low sugar custard and some hundreds and thousands on top.

A scotch pancake heated in the microwave for a few seconds with a small kinder bar on top. 145 calories (if using Sainsburys scotch pancake).

I've forgotten the name but the 10 cal jellies are great, just make sure they've been in the fridge before eating (had them room temp before and bleurgh)

Frozen cherries, zap them in the microwave for about a minute and then top with yoghurt. It's like a homemade muller fruit corner.
