You are closer than you realise!

I'm a teacher, my day to day teaching I absolutely love, there is nothing better than seeing a child realise their potential. What I dislike is the SLT, long meetings and pointless "learning walks" where no matter what you do they seem to pick out a fault. Still wouldn't go back to my old job despite the huge pay cut!

I guess I do as I work with great people, have friends from work and the whole corporate culture in the company is really cool. You are literally getting a smartshow 3d video card and a small cupcake for your birthdays and that's the smallest thing.
