Of all time- Jim Morrison. Filthy.
Young Plant, Gilmour and Daltrey plus Kiedis, Grohl, Cobain and Prince are all up there.
Jack white, especially his arms!
Michael Stipe, particularly in the Man On The Moon video, just gorgeous.
And Stipe’s absolutely whackadoo, original dancing in Losing My Religion. Plus soulful, sincere eyes on Everybody Hurts. He definitely has huge charisma and presence for such a quiet man.
I’m on the Michael Hutchence gravy train, by the way, even above Jagger, Morrison, and other more current performers. He was just so direct yet unthreatening with his presence, pure sexiness without trying.
As for Lenny, I defy anyone to watch this and not think, damn, all he’s doing is moving his shoulders a little bit but it’s electrifying—doesn’t even have to try, it’s just there.
It’s not about the looks (many mentioned aren’t Adonis), it’s very much about presence, charisma, not trying too hard, and—yes—the natural moves.
