Paul McCartney. I've never ever had even a flutter, in fact he's the opposite of what I find attractive, but cripes in this video he really gives me the gallops, particularly at 39 seconds.

What are your never have I evers?

I didn't get the hype around Adam Driver at all.... until I watched House of Gucci. THEN I got it.

Damn that man can rock a thick knit...

HideousKinky · 20/02/2022 15:56

I agree OP when I watched "Get Back" last month I thought Paul McCartney was breathtakingly handsome, but when I was young I always preferred George Harrison.

Tom Hardy in "Taboo" has stayed with me....

jclm · 20/02/2022 15:56

@sadpapercourtesan

Alan Rickman as Snape
Me too!!! Grin
McBirdy · 20/02/2022 15:56

@NETSRIK

Robbie Coletrane in Cracker.
Not as huge hairy Hagrid then? 😂
HideousKinky · 20/02/2022 15:57

CocktailNapkin my 3 DDs adore Adam Driver but I don't get it, even after House of Gucci

JohnStonesMissus · 20/02/2022 15:58

This thread is interesting, it shows that we're not attracted to looks but the bad boy attitude, Mr Bean and Lord Blackadder are perfect example, same person different character/attitude...as is Lord Flashheart (swoon) and yet the character he plays in Bottom is revolting!

APJ1 · 20/02/2022 15:59

Can I also add for consideration Harrison Ford but only as Indiana Jones?

Ohhh yes, you absolutely can!

Nat6999 · 20/02/2022 15:59

Jerome Flynn as Bronn in GOT, loved him since Soldier Soldier.

Feelingsicky · 20/02/2022 16:00

Haha this thread has made my Sunday 😂. Robert Carlyle in the full monty anyone?

ThePlumVan · 20/02/2022 16:03

Craig Charles as Lister Blush

MyCatEatsPrawnCrackers · 20/02/2022 16:04

@hangrylady

Also David Jason as Del BoyBlush
I fancy David Jason as Inspector Frost and I also fancy 70s Columbo Confused
Fairislefandango · 20/02/2022 16:05

I love Hiddleston in every chat show he's done. He's such an over-enthusiastic show-off. It ought to be cringy, but somehow it's charming! Have you seen the one where he does the impression of the velociraptor in the kitchen in Jurassic Park?! Grin

Yes!

@Mildmanneredmum

Andrew Scott, but as Moriarty. Clever, a Bad Lad and that accent. My knickers burst into flames.
Are you me? Grin
Bellalastrasse · 20/02/2022 16:07

@MyCatEatsPrawnCrackers

No!!!

Did someone say John Thaw in the Sweeney or was that the Christopher Walken thread (I may have got sidetracked).
I can see the appeal. It’s the energy, I think

Paul Weller = The Jam 🤪😘
Paul Weller = Style Council 😫

MyCatEatsPrawnCrackers · 20/02/2022 16:10

I would shag Morse and Lewis.

I agree to some extent, the bad boy type certainly can be attractive as can power , I fancy Anthony Head in Merlin something rotten but in buffy, definitely not .

Mark Harmon as Gibbs in NCIS bloody hell yes , in St Eleswere nah no thanks.

I found him v attractive in the Night Manager, but the opposite to you, I found him really cringey on chat shows which put me off. (I can deal with the dancing more than the impressions!🤣)

Get in the queue. Wink
RadicalFern · 20/02/2022 16:12

Sean Bean as Alec Trevelyan in Goldeneye

LorelaiDeservedBetter · 20/02/2022 16:12

Jude Law in The Holiday. I never understood why people liked him until then.
Gary Oldman but only in Dracula and the Harry Potter films.

Agree! Although I've seen him first in the Last Duel, incredibly sexy (the character is an asshole though).
Ohmnomnom · 20/02/2022 16:13

Agree with Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister!

Brad Pitt but only in Snatch and Kalifornia
Tom Hardy only in Taboo
Charlie Hunnam in Sons of Anarchy
Alberto Ammann in Narcos

Obviously have a thing for bad boys, so I'll be single forevermore as that type of man is usually a nightmare to date.

pussycatunpickingcrossesagain · 20/02/2022 16:13

@NewYearCalavicci
Mark Harmon (briefly) in the West Wing?

JohnStonesMissus · 20/02/2022 16:15

I also like John Thaw as Jack Regan in The Sweeney, but in anything else? No...
