In honour of the great BC I'm starting at Monument and I've got the genius edition out. Doing the Lambeth walk to the tune of agadoo.

I can't believe I didn't get to take a turn and play Angel. I guess that's left to Mr C himself now.

ErrolTheDragon · 30/01/2022 23:26

And Sven asked for a double entendre so the barman gave him one.

balalake · 19/02/2022 12:11

Can we have a second memorial game?

Starting at Baker Street.

MangoSeason · 19/02/2022 12:15

Yes we can under the Winchester Precendent. Switchback to Barbican.

GonzoFlyingProducts · 22/03/2022 21:19

Hmmm, a switchback like that may cause you to shunt - so obviously - Putney Bridge.

PuddleglumtheMarshWiggle · 22/03/2022 21:39

Predictable, but it's time for my favourite move
Grange Hill.
Permissible when the moon is in the seventh house

pennysays · 22/03/2022 21:46

Are you all playing the Yorkshire opening? In which case the horse will have nothing to eat in Hainault.

GonzoFlyingProducts · 22/03/2022 22:03

Yes but as it's a memorial game neccessarily it's an open variant so Embankment.

AgathaMystery · 08/08/2022 23:02

I’m invoking the Cribbins protocol so off we go again - High Barnet

TwoLeftSocksWithHoles · 09/08/2022 07:17

Leicester Square Hole

PuddleglumtheMarshWiggle · 09/08/2022 08:49

Following the Cribbins protocol surely means it has to be

Wimbledon!

balalake · 09/08/2022 08:52

Then a move to Wimbledon Park.

TheQueensCousin · 09/08/2022 09:14

Well if we're playing by the Yorkshire rules I'm going to jump in with Richmond (did you see what I did there?!). It's a circuitous route but one that should be allowed in Cryeresque style 🧐

HazelBite · 09/08/2022 10:48

I'm throwing a curve ball

Croxley!!!!

Cuck00soup · 09/08/2022 12:12

Surely we have to go to Wimbledon Common by way of Orinoco Junction?

OP posts:
balalake · 09/08/2022 13:22

There is no Wimbledon Common station so we are back at Croxley. Taking the rarely used curve I move to Rickmansworth.

HazelBite · 09/08/2022 16:21

Going the full curve Chalfont and Latimer!

balalake · 09/08/2022 19:28

Well I don't fancy a long journey in these temperatures, so it will be Amersham then.

TheQueensCousin · 09/08/2022 22:53

Going to do a short traverse to Kew, too hot to consider travelling further.

balalake · 10/08/2022 06:51

After sitting under the pergola there, I think it is not too hot at this time of day, so will move to Turnham Green.

mighteeaphroditee · 10/08/2022 07:30

Sorry if this throws a spanner in the works but I have tickets for the Fringe, so I'm invoking the Regional Expansion (though for the life of me, I can't remember which Protocol reverses it)

Thus...Edinburgh. Confused

balalake · 10/08/2022 09:45

It is a long time since the Regional Expansion was invoked, this could cause the panic that happened in the 1982 tournament.

So let's hotfoot to Kings Cross St Pancras.

Lysianthus · 10/08/2022 09:52

With another deferential nod to BC, Elephant and Castle

balalake · 11/08/2022 09:54

Let's move to Oval as I think BC liked cricket.
