Ok, mine is, Why is it so common for Americans to be known and raised by their middle names? Eg, their parents put Alexandra Nicole on their BC but they are always called Nicole and have been from birth.

Any Americans who can explain this to me?

Any questions others have?

@Stillfunny - I wondered that too! There are so many birds, yet you rarely see any dead ones, except ones that have been hit by a car.

Another bird one. Think of all the supermarkets in the UK, all selling free range eggs, where do all these free range hens live? I've never seen a free range hen 'farm' anywhere, ever.

If we use sea salt on our chips and cooking, is the sea less salty ... the amount we must use should have some impact

The lint is caused by the clothes rubbing together

How do chickens work? Do they have a period every day? How long does it take for such a massive egg to form?

Why is it that on holiday when it’s really hot outside, I want to put on the air con on the lowest setting, usually 16 degrees. But at home in the winter if my house is 16 degrees, I crank up the heating to 22 degrees?

My Dad used to get by on very limited sleep. I have periods of insomnia. Dc struggles with getting to sleep so I am going with inherited.

Yes, this! I always wonder why 15c seems warm in summer but cold in winter.
