If you could ban anything, what would you ban?

As above.
This is one of my favourite topics of conversation. It can be anything you like, no rules, but ideally small, petty, and lighthearted. It usually is things that aren't already illegal, but it can be, as not all laws get followed. It can be anything you want!
Lighthearted, if possible!
My list includes but is not limited to,
fireworks
glitter
people spitting
children running at pigeons
balloons
daylight savings time
loud cars and motorbikes
my vacuum running out of battery
having a cold nose.
Please, tell me yours!

People who say "FYI" before they tell you something!

3ormoredogs · 11/01/2022 11:56

Those awful YouTube videos of young people screaming and shouting while playing video games that my son is obsessed with watching.

Why does he want to watch people play roblox when he can play it himself? Bizarre

Yackety · 11/01/2022 12:13

Lot of people wanting to ban things that are already banned.

Fluffy or fleece pjs. I’d say I’m a cold person but I am so uncomfortable and too hot to sleep in them

StarlightLady · 11/01/2022 17:01

Double standards when it comes to sex.

Manspreading: Men on public transport who sit as if they are Berty Big Bollox.

AllThingsServeTheBeam · 11/01/2022 17:06

I honestly don't understand why people are so judgmental they'd ban something that has no impact on their life. Like items of clothing, or man buns or tattoos. You don't like them, you don't need to get them. How sad to have such a strong opinion on something that has nothing to do with you

BluTangClan · 11/01/2022 17:10

Leaf blowers.

BeReet · 11/01/2022 18:18

You do know this is lighthearted right?? And the people wanting to ban man buns aren't protesting outside 10 Downing Street 😂😂😂
AllThingsServeTheBeam · 11/01/2022 18:22

@SpookyScarySkeletons no I just find it really sad.

ElephantInPrint · 11/01/2022 18:23

The utter shambolic practice of going to an airport and getting on a plane. It shouldn't be that laboured.

HeyUpits2022 · 11/01/2022 18:27

I will ban unsolicited phone calls. No. I don't want to take a five minute survey thanks, just bugger off.

SleepQuest33 · 11/01/2022 18:32

Drugs!!! Including cannabis
They are already banned (illegal) so Hmm
