In a house with a garden

CherryAndAlmond · 07/01/2022 18:45

Near my best friend, who also happens to live near the sea.

TabithaTittlemouse · 07/01/2022 18:49

I love where I live. I’m not jealous of anyone.

Magnited · 07/01/2022 18:50

Naked in a vineyard with a stream nearby to splash about in.

TheCanyon · 07/01/2022 18:51

Somewhere warm 365 days.

Brigante9 · 07/01/2022 18:51

@danadas

In a house with land.
This. It won’t happen for a few more years, but it will happen. Can’t wait!
Thatsplentyjack · 07/01/2022 18:52

In a house with enough room for everyone with decent storage space. There is currently 5 of us in a 2 bed house with 1 cupboard. Hopefully will be able to move this year.

Dozycuntlaters · 07/01/2022 18:56

With a lovely big happy family.

Fire19 · 07/01/2022 18:56

In the French Alps.

alltalknobaby · 07/01/2022 18:59

Alone 😩 (sometimes)

waterlego · 07/01/2022 18:59

I live by the sea and I’m sorry if I sound smug but I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. No location envy for me.

PartyPrawnRingGames · 07/01/2022 19:00

Long and prosper

JosephineDeBeauharnais · 07/01/2022 19:01

In Switzerland

Flabbyflabberson · 07/01/2022 19:02

Somewhere that gets proper winter weather.

PPCD · 07/01/2022 19:02

In central London. I used to live in zone 1 and I miss it Sad

TheWayTheLightFalls · 07/01/2022 19:02

Where I live now, just (magically) with an extra few bedrooms.

BiscuitLover3678 · 07/01/2022 19:03

Somewhere with a view!

ImInStealthMode · 07/01/2022 19:03

I live by the sea! I'm jealous of people who live somewhere warm all year round Smile

poppym12 · 07/01/2022 19:04

Somewhere warm year round. I live by the sea (which I love) but I'd like to live by the sea in a warm country. Not asking muchGrin

EdithGrantham · 07/01/2022 19:05

In a house with a utilities room...Or if we're really wishing for things, a house with a utilities room, 3 big bedrooms, a through kitchen/diner/living area plus separate living room, a couple of spare rooms to use as a playroom for DD when she gets older, and a library/craft room, a paddock for some alpaca and capybara and a stream running through the big garden which is all tended to by a grandfatherly like gardener who just let's me potter and do the nice bits of gardening when I fancy it Grin

YesIcan3 · 07/01/2022 19:06

I live near the sea it's lovely but very windy on days like this Wink

BiscuitLover3678 · 07/01/2022 19:07

I’ve never got the love of the sea unless it’s a really nice, picturesque part. A lot of seaside towns are so depressing and the actual coastline very samey and dull. I’d rather rolling hills any day!

TopCatsTopHat · 07/01/2022 19:07

I envy families with the kids enjoying a gang of cousins to hang out with often. I had that growing up (8 cousins altogether, Xmas was fun), my kids have no cousins in this country at all and the two they have are a decade older and abroad. Our family is so small and they're loving kids it's a shame they don't have that. Mates from school aren't the same and come and go.

ashorterday · 07/01/2022 19:09

Same. I will live by the sea next time I move.

AgnesPerdita · 07/01/2022 19:09

I'd love to live on one of the remote Scottish Islands but also have a swanky Edinburgh apartment for when I need to come to where the people are.

Or if that's not possible then a detached country cottage on the outskirts of a hamlet. I want to be known as the crazy witch lady with the cats.

Sadly DH and DD might not agree to this lifestyle change. 😪
